1. The service
SpazaSmart provides a mobile-first web application for spaza shop owners to record sales, capture supplier deliveries, and view margin reports. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access by emailing hello@spazasmart.co.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't try to break, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't upload data that doesn't belong to you or your shop.
- Don't use the service for anything illegal.
4. Pilot pricing
During the pilot phase, the service may be free or discounted. We'll tell you before any change to pricing applies to your shop.
5. Your data
You own your shop data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service (see our Privacy policy). You can export your data any time from the in-app settings.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance from time to time.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by South African law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be heard in the South African courts.
